
You will need…
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 banana (optional)
Directions:
Add unsweetened almond milk to a blender.
Add protein powder, chia seeds, nut butter, frozen cauliflower rice, optional 1/2 banana and blend!
NOTE: For a thick and creamy smoothie, make sure to blend for at least 1-2 minutes!
