Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Oatmeal Bake

Single Serving

You will need…

  • Vanilla protein powder
    • ( This is typically one scoop but check your labels. You want at least 20g protein)
  • 4 Tbsp. or 1/4 cup unsweetened, uncooked oats
  • 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp. cashew butter
  • 2 tsp. cacao nibs or chocolate chips
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • dash of cinnamon
  • optional: splash of butter extract

Directions:

Pre-heat your oven to 350F. In a small oven safe add your protein powder, ground flax seeds, oats, cinnamon, extracts and almond milk. Mix well and top with chocolate chips. Place in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Add cashew butter on top and enjoy!

NOTES:

You may need a little more or less almond milk depending on the thickness of your protein powder.

You can also pop this in the fridge for 15 minutes or overnight to make overnight oats instead of baked oatmeal.

Be careful if you are eating out of bowl you cooked the oatmeal in since it will be hot.
