
Makes one serving
You will need…
- 4-5 slices turkey
- 1 slice cheese (regular or dairy free)
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 3 leaves of romaine
- 1 Tbsp. mayo
Directions:
Layer lettuce in a row on parchment paper.
Add slices of turkey, cheese tomatoes and mayo in the middle of the lettuce.
Fold the bottom of the lettuce up and then the sides in.
Wrap with parchment paper to make wrap easier to eat.
Notes:
Optional swaps
Turkey -> chicken, ham, roast beef
Cheese/mayo -> avocado
Romaine-> any lettuce wrap eg. butter lettuce or iceberg
