
Makes 1 serving
You will need…
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder (20 grams protein)
- 1/2 avocado
- handful spinach
- handful of cilantro
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
- juice from 1/2 lemon
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper (without seeds)
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Blend together all ingredients until smooth.
Note: feel free to add/remove any green veggies of your choice. Other options you can use are: kale, romaine or cucumber. You can also add green apple or 1/2 banana for some sweetness but make sure to count it as a carb.
