Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cauliflower Oats

Makes 1 serving

You will need…

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder (20 grams protein)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. nut butter
  • 2-3 strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tsp. chocolate chips

Directions:

Add protein powder, oats, cauliflower rice, ground flax seeds and almond milk to a pan on medium heat.

Cook oats for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When oats are finished cooking, place in a bowl and top with strawberries, nut butter and chocolate chips.
