Chicken Nuggets

Makes 2 servings. Count as protein and fat. Pair with veggies for a complete meal.

You will need…

  • 1 egg
  • 1 – 10 oz. can canned chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Drain can of chicken and add to a bowl.

Add egg and cheese and mix together.

Take 1 Tbsp. of chicken mixture and form into a ball. Place on parchment paper sprayed with oil and press down to form a chicken nugget. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Place in the oven for 10 minutes. Then flip over chicken nuggets and bake again for another 10 minutes.
