Buffalo Chicken Bites

Makes 1 serving

You will need…

  • 8 baby bell peppers
  • 5 oz. shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. cream cheese or plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. buffalo sauce
  • shredded mozzarella

Directions:

Pre heat oven 350F. Slice mini bell peppers in half and remove the seeds. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl mix together chicken, buffalo sauce and cream cheese or yogurt. Stuff peppers with chicken mixture.

Add mozzarella cheese on top and place in the oven for 5 minute or until cheese melts
