Makes 1 serving (full meal no carb)
You will need…
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder (20g protein) – I use this one
- 1 serving collagen
- 1 Tbsp. acacia fiber (can sub for flax seeds or skip)
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tsp. chocolate chips
- Topping: 1 Tbsp. nut butter
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Mix together all dry ingredients (protein powder, acacia fiber, cacao powder, baking powder and sea salt). Add in almond milk and mix in until evenly combined. You may need more or less almond milk depending on your protein powder. It should be a batter consistency when combined.
Place in a small baking pan sprayed with avocado oil, add chocolate chips on top and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until fully cooked through. ( You may not need to spray the pan but just incase it’s not a bad idea!)
Drizzle nut butter on top and enjoy!
Note: if you want to have a carb at breakfast you can add 1/4 cup oats to batter or top with a serving of fruit.
