High Protein Chocolate Pudding

Makes 1 serving (full meal no carb)

You will need…

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. acacia fiber (optional)
  • Liquid: 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
  • Fat topping: 1 Tbsp. nut butter, 2-3 Tbsp. coconut cream OR 1/4 cup nuts.

Directions:

Mix protein powder, cacao powder, acacia fiber and liquid together.

You may need more / less liquid depending on the type of protein powder you use.

Once it forms a pudding like texture, top it with fat of choice like nut butter, coconut cream OR nuts.
