
Serving 1-2 cookies as fat and carb
You will need…
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup butter, coconut oil OR ghee (It taste extra good with this ghee)
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips (I like Lily’s sugar free milk chocolate)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Mix all dry ingredients together (almond flour, baking soda and salt). Then add in all wet ingredients (oil or butter, maple syrup and vanilla). Mix in chocolate chips.
Form cookies and place on a baking sheet. You can use a Tbsp. as a scooper to measure out cookies (it should make about 14).
Bake in the oven for about 18 minutes or until they turn a little golden brown on top.
Note:
To cut the carbs even more you can 1/2 the maple syrup with granulated monk fruit and add a little extra water if needed to form dough.
