
Makes 1 serving (full meal with carb)
You will need…
- 1 cup full fat greek yogurt
- 1 heaping Tbsp. cacao powder
- dash of cinnamon
- splash of vanilla
- monk fruit or stevia sweetened to taste
- 1 square of chocolate or 1 Tbsp. chocolate chips (ideally low sugar)
- 1 small apple or 1 cup of strawberries (or fruit of choice!)
Directions:
Whisk together yogurt, cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla and sweetener until evenly combined. Chop up square of chocolate and sprinkle on top. Use fruit to enjoy dip or if you don’t want to use carb at this meal eat with a spoon.
Notes:
Add 1 Tbsp. acacia fiber for additional fiber.
If you’re using low fat yogurt add another fat source like 2 Tbsp. crushed up nuts or 1 Tbsp. nut butter.
