Cinnamon Toast Crunch “Milk”

You will need…

  • unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 tsp. monk fruit
  • splash of vanilla
  • whipped cream

Directions:

Fill up regular sized mug with almond milk. Pour almond milk into a small pot. Place remainder of ingredients in the pot (besides whipped cream) and place on medium heat.

Whisk ingredients together for a few minutes. Once the edges of the liquid in the pot start to boil, remove from heat and pour into cup. This should only take a few minutes. It should not come to a full boil.

Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired!

Notes: Feel free to adjust cinnamon or sweetener to taste.
