Dessert Nachos

Counts as a carb and fat. 1 serving is about 1 cup.

You will need…

  • 1 green apple sliced,
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup low sugar chocolate chips, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions:

Add all fruit to a bowl. Melt chocolate in the microwave and drizzle on top of fruit. Sprinkle coconut flakes on tip.

Note: These types of fruits are lower in sugar. If using any other kind of fruit keep portion to 1/2 cup.
