Sesame Ginger Steak Salad

Makes 1 servings (full meal without carb)

You will need…

  • 4-5 oz. skirt steak
  • 1-2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 1-2 Tbsp. PK sesami ginger dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. red onion, chopped small
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 4 Siete Foods Nacho chips, crumbled up (if using more chips count as carb serving)
  • Optional: microgreens or cilantro for garnish

Directions:

Add all ingredients to your bowl or plate and enjoy!

Note: If you’re more sensitive to fat and need to modify you can use a leaner protein like chicken or shrimps and/or lean on the lower end of the range for the almonds and dressing.
