Chocolate Chia Pudding (Blended)

Makes 1 serving

You will need…

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • unsweetened almond milk (amount varies)
  • Optional: sugar substitute of choice to taste

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend well. As for liquid the amount needed will depend on the protein powder you use. For pea protein 1.5 cups seems to work well. It should create a pudding texture right away so start with 1/2 cup and keep adding more until it creates this texture.

Notes: Can make in advanced and leave in the fridge for when ready to eat!
