You will need…
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- dash of cinnamon
Toppings:
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- Sugar free maple syrup
Directions:
In a small bowl add all dry ingredients together and mix well. Then add in your pumpkin, egg and slowly add water until it creates a texture that is a little thicker than pancake batter (if it is too thin they will not hold together). Generously coat a pan with avocado oil spray and make pancakes. Make sure to not make them too big and that they are strong enough to flip before flipping or they will break. Top with nut butter and syrup!
