Protein Cookie Dough

Makes 1 serving

You will need…

  • 1.5 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp. oats, blended
  • dash of cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt
  • Optional natural sugar substitute to taste
  • unsweetened nut milk – enough so it creates a cookie dough like texture
  • 1 1/2 tsp. almond or cashew butter or melted butter
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp. chocolate chips

Directions:

In a small bowl add protein powder, coconut flour, oats, natural sugar substitute, salt and cinnamon. Mix ingredients until evenly combined. Then add your almond milk until it creates a dough like texture. Then add in your almond butter and vanilla extract and mix again. Lastly, add in your chocolate chips.
