You will need…
- 1.5 serving vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 2 Tbsp. oats, blended
- dash of cinnamon
- pinch sea salt
- Optional natural sugar substitute to taste
- unsweetened nut milk – enough so it creates a cookie dough like texture
- 1 1/2 tsp. almond or cashew butter or melted butter
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1-2 Tbsp. chocolate chips
Directions:
In a small bowl add protein powder, coconut flour, oats, natural sugar substitute, salt and cinnamon. Mix ingredients until evenly combined. Then add your almond milk until it creates a dough like texture. Then add in your almond butter and vanilla extract and mix again. Lastly, add in your chocolate chips.
