Turkey Twist on a BLT

Makes 1 serving of a complete meal with carb

You will need…

  • 2 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices turkey
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • pickled red onions (or regular red onions)
  • 1 Tbsp. hummus
  • 2 cups snackable veggies: eg. cherry tomatoes and carrots
  • 1/2 cup berries
  • Side of sauerkraut

Directions:

Split all ingredients besides side of snackable veggies, berries and sauerkraut between two lettuce wraps.
