Chocolate Almond Crunch Smoothie Bowl

Makes 1 serving complete meal with carb

You will need…

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder
  • 1 serving collagen (optional)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
  • 1 Tbsp. psyllium husk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • pinch sea salt
  • unsweetened nut milk – enough so it blends (I did a little over 1 cup)
  • Toppings: 1.5 tsp. almond butter and 1 Tbsp. crushed almonds

Directions:

Place all ingredients besides toppings in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with almond butter and crushed almonds.
