
Makes 1 serving complete meal with carb
You will need…
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder
- 1 serving collagen (optional)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
- 1 Tbsp. psyllium husk
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- pinch sea salt
- unsweetened nut milk – enough so it blends (I did a little over 1 cup)
- Toppings: 1.5 tsp. almond butter and 1 Tbsp. crushed almonds
Directions:
Place all ingredients besides toppings in a blender and blend on high until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with almond butter and crushed almonds.
