Chocolate Orange Protein Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

You will need…

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder
  • 1 serving or 2 tbsp. unflavored collagen (optional)
  • 1 small orange, peeled (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 tsp. orange zest
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend well for at least 90 seconds or until fully smooth.
