You will need…
- 1 serving chocolate protein powder
- 1 serving or 2 tbsp. unflavored collagen (optional)
- 1 small orange, peeled (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 tsp. orange zest
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Place all ingredients into the blender and blend well for at least 90 seconds or until fully smooth.
