Buffalo Chicken Salad

Makes 1 serving (each serving is 1 meal without carb)

You will need…

  • chopped or shredded chicken breast (can buy pre-made)
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots or 1 carrot peeled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1-2 tbsps. ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp. buffalo sauce

Directions:

Mix chicken with buffalo sauce. Add lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and ranch to a bowl and mix well. Add buffalo chicken on top.
