You will need…
- 1 can chickepeas
- 1 tsp. avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Rinse and drain chickpeas. Dry chickpeas and remove skin by rubbing with a paper towel. Place in a bowl and add oil and then spices. Place in the oven at 400F for about 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes.
Note: Feel free to mix up spices for different flavors! These count as a carb (1/2 cup is a serving) so make sure to pair with a protein, fat or veggie.
