Low Carb Big Mac With Turnip Fries

You will need…

  • 1 burger
  • lettuce wrap
  • pickles, onion, tomato
  • 1 turnip
  • oil spray
  • sea salt

Directions:

Fries: Slice turnip into fry shapes. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with avocado oil and sprinkle on sea salt. Baking in the oven at 425 F for about 40-45 minutes or in the air fryer at 400F for 20 minutes. While fries are in the oven make burger and mac sauce.

Burger: Cook burger on a stove in cooking spray. Place burger on a lettuce wrap and top with pickles, onion, tomatoes and mac sauce.

Mac Sauce

You will need…

  • 2 Tbsp. mayo
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. relish
  • 1/2 tsp. apple cider vingear
  • seasonings: 1/8 tsp. of each salt, pepper, garlic
  • powder, onion powder, paprika

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and top 1/2 on burger and use as dip for fries!
