Low Carb Pizza

You will need…

Crust:

  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp. parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp. of each Italian seasoning, garlic powder and
  • onion powder

Toppings:

  • pizza sauce (I love Rao’s)
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • turkey pepperoni
  • basil for garnish

You can have fun with the sauces and toppings. Feel
free to try pesto sauce, veggies, sausage, etc!

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 400 F. Mix all crust ingredients together to form a dough. Spread dough on a piece of parchment paper sprayed with oil and form crust. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes. Take crust out and add sauce, cheese and toppings. Place back in the oven for about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Pair with a side of veggies and enjoy!
