
Makes 1 serving
You will need…
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder (20g protein)
- 1 unsweetened acai packet
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice (or ice)
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
- 1 Tbsp. nut butter
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- toppings: 2 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes and 2 sliced strawberries
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender (besides coconut) starting with the liquid first. Blend on high speed for at least 1-2 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and top with toppings.
Notes:
You may need more or less liquid depending on the type of blender and protein powder. Start with less and add more as needed. You only want just enough so the smoothie blends.
Using collagen protein powder may not work. For smoothie bowl I recommend bone broth, pea, whey or beef protein powders.
