Ahi Tuna Bowl

Makes 1 servings (full meal without carb)

You will need…

  • 4-6 oz. sushi grade yellowfin tuna
  • 1/2 small avocado or 1/4 large avocado
  • 1-2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pico de gallo
  • coconut aminos
  • rice vinegar
  • optional: scallions on top

Directions:

Place raw tuna in a bowl with coconut aminos and a splash of rice vinegar. Let sit on each side for at least a few minutes. Then coat the top and bottom of your tuna with sesame seeds.

Spray pan with oil spray and cook tuna for a few minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.

Add all ingredients to your bowl or plate and enjoy!
