Big Mac Bowl

Makes 1 serving of a complete meal with carb

You will need…

  • 1/3 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuces
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/4 large white or yellow onions to caramelize (or red onions to keep raw)
  • 1 pickle, chopped
  • Dressing: 1 Tbsp. mayo, 1 Tbsp. no sugar added ketchup, 1 Tbsp. mustard, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika to taste OR 1-2 tbsp. primal kitchen chicken dippin sauce
  • Top with additional no sugar added mustard and ketchup if desired
  • 1/2 cup potatoes
  • oil spray
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Directions:

Slice potato into cubes and toss with oil spray, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Bake in the air-frier at 350F for about 20 minutes or until brown and crispy. If you don’t have an air-frier you can use the oven!

Cook your ground beef on a pan with a little oil spray until no longer pink in the center. Season with salt and pepper.

In a separate pan, saute onion with salt, pepper and oil spray until caramelized.

Place lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, beef and potatoes in your bowl.

Make your dressing by whisking the ingredients in a small bowl. Then pour the dressing over your bowl.
