You will need…
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp. cashew butter
- 1 Tbsp. psyllium husk
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp. of cake batter extract
- 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender until blended well. Top with optional whipped cream and a few shakes of natural sprinkles.
Notes: Feel free to skip banana for a carb free meal.
