Brownie Batter Overnight Oats

You will need…

  • 1/4 cup uncooked oats
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • about 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • optional: a few drops of cake batter extract
  • toppings: 1 Tbsp. almond butter and a few raspberries

Directions:

Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Then add wet ingredients (almond milk and extracts) and mix again.

*Note: you may need more or less almond milk depending on the type of protein powder you use.

Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or overnight. Serve hot or cold and top with almond butter and a few berries.
