Buffalo Chicken Dip w/ veggies

Makes 2 servings

You will need…

  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. grass fed butter
  • 1 Tbsp. plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup celery

Directions:

In a pan on medium heat, whisk together butter and hot sauce (usually about 1 minute).

Mix plain greek yogurt with the chicken until evenly coated. Mix the buffalo sauce with the chicken until distributed evenly.

Wash and chop veggies and use as a “chip” for dip!

Notes:

To save time buy buffalo sauce pre-made! Make a big batch for the week for a quick and easy lunch.

For dairy free option:

Sub butter with dairy free butter or ghee if better tolerated.

Sub plain greek yogurt for dairy free sour cream or cream cheese.
