Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

You will need…

  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp. butter (ideally grass-fed like Keri Gold)
  • 2 low carb wraps (6-7 grams net carbs) or use 1
  • regular wrap ( I like the brand siete foods)
  • 1 tsp. oil (avocado oil is best but can use any kind)
  • Cheese (1/4 cup max)
  • Side of any veggies!

Directions:

To make buffalo sauce place butter in the microwave for 30 seconds and then mix together with hot sauce. Add buffalo sauce to shredded chicken (can use a rotisserie chicken or check out the “How to Make Shredded Chicken” video in The Society. Heat up a pan with 1 tsp. of oil. Once pan is hot add 1 low carb wrap to the pan. Then place cheese and chicken on the top of the wrap. Once filling is added top the quesadilla with another low carb wrap. After a few minutes flip to brown the quesadilla on the other side. Once both sides are browned remove from pan and enjoy with a side of veggies!
