You will need…
- chopped or shredded chicken breast (can buy pre-made)
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots or 1 carrot peeled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1-2 tbsps. ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp. buffalo sauce
Directions:
Mix chicken with buffalo sauce. Add lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and ranch to a bowl and mix well. Add buffalo chicken on top.
