Butter Broccoli Mash

Counts as veggie and fat.

You will need…

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • Sea salt to taste

Directions:

Wash and chop broccoli into florets.

Add broccoli to a pot with an inch of water covering the bottom on medium-high heat.

Once water comes to a boil, cover pot and lower heat to a simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

Mash head of broccoli, with a fork until it’s to the texture of your liking.

Add 1 Tbsp. butter and sea salt to taste.
