Cauliflower Oats

You will need…

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • sprinkle of cacao nibs
  • optional: 1 Tbsp. chia seeds mixed in

Directions:

Add oats, frozen cauliflower and unsweetened vanilla almond milk to a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes. Then mix in protein powder and optional chia seeds. Top with peanut butter and sprinkle on cacao nibs.

Note: if you are using a pea protein, you may need to add additional liquid to your oats.
