Chessy Keto Waffles

You will need…

  • 1/4 cup cheese (regular or dairy free works)
  • 2 Tbsp. almond flour
  • seasonings to taste: I like a few dashes of garlic powder

Directions:

Mix ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 15 seconds. Remove from microwave and mold together to form a dough. Place dough in a mini waffle maker and cook for a few minute until waffle is cooked.

Note: You can also make this waffle with JUST cheese. It will be less bread like and more crispy but still delicious!
