Chicken Sausage Stir Fry

You will need…

Makes about 2 servings

  • 1 package of chicken sausage
  • Large container of mixed vegetable blend (you can do any you like but this one had a mix of fresh mushrooms, snap peas, baby corn, snow peas, broccoli and onion)
  • 1 Tbsp. avocado oil
  • 2 tsp. sesame seed oil
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut aminos (can sub for liquid aminos or soy sauce)
  • seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Add avocado oil to a pan and let it heat up. Slice chicken sausage into coins and add to the pan so they are lying flat on one side. After a few minutes flip the chicken sausage to the other side and then add in your vegetables. Let the vegetables cook down for about 10 minute or until desired texture. Add in your coconut aminos, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and seasonings.
