You will need…
- 1 cup avocado oil
- 1 cup cilantro (with stems)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- juice from 1 lemon
- zest from 1/2 lemon
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and blend until it creates a creamy texture. Tope on your favorite tacos or use as a dip for veggies!
