You will need…
- 4-5 oz. chicken wings
- avocado oil spray
- 2 tsp. corn starch
- seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper
- optional: hot sauce for dipping
Directions:
Pat chicken wings dry. Place in a large bowl and spray well with avocado oil. Add seasonings and corn starch and massage well into wings. Place wings in the Air Fryer and bake at 400F for about 20-25 minutes or until crispy.
Don’t have an air fryer? No worries! You can just use your oven. You will just need to keep them in a little longer until your desired crispiness đŸ™‚
