Crispy Dijon Salmon Bites

Counts as protein, fat, carb and veggies. Pair with veggies to make full meal!

You will need…

  • 4-6 oz. salmon
  • 1 tsp. dijon mustard
  • seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt
  • 2-3 tsp. mayo
  • Sriracha to taste
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced

Directions:

Cube salmon and toss with dijon mustard and seasonings. Air fry on 400F for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy on the outside. Pair with a large sliced cucumber and 1/2 cup rice. Drizzle with mayo and sriracha.

Don’t have an air fryer? No worries! You can just use your oven. You will just need to keep them in a little longer until your desired crispiness.
