Dijon & Dill Salmon

You will need…

  • filet of wild salmon
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • avocado oil
  • seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, dill
  • veggies of choice

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 375 F. Spray baking sheet with oil so salmon doesn’t stick to the sheet. Place salmon on the baking sheet and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix dijon mustard, maple syrup and dill to taste together and brush onto salmon.

Add chopped veggies of choice to the baking sheet, lightly drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper or seasonings of choice.

Place in the oven for about 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through (time may vary depending on size of fish).
