Double Chocolate Sea Salt Smoothie

Makes 1 serving (full meal no carb)

You will need…

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. cacao powder
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. acacia fiber (can sub for flax or chia seeds)
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter
  • dash of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice or frozen zucchini
  • Liquid: 1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together for at least one minute or until smooth.

Optional: top with an extra sprinkle of sea salt.

Note: This smoothie does not contain a carb choice but if you would like to have one at this meal you can add 1/2 banana or 1/2 cup fruit of choice and count it as a carb for the day.
