
Makes 1 serving (full meal no carb)
You will need…
- 1 serving vanilla powder (20g protein)
- 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
- spices: pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger to taste (few shakes of each)
- splash of vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (amount needed may vary depending on protein powder)
- topping: 1 Tbsp. almond butter
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except almond butter) in a small pot on medium heat. Stir for about 5 minutes or until warm.
Top with nut butter and a splash of unsweetened almond milk. Enjoy!
Notes: If you would like to use a carb at this meal you can add in 1/4 cup raw oats or 1/2 mashed banana.
