Gingerbread No Oats

Makes 1 serving (full meal no carb)

You will need…

  • 1 serving vanilla powder (20g protein)
  • 1 Tbsp. flax seeds
  • spices: pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger to taste (few shakes of each)
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (amount needed may vary depending on protein powder)
  • topping: 1 Tbsp. almond butter

Directions:

Place all ingredients (except almond butter) in a small pot on medium heat. Stir for about 5 minutes or until warm.

Top with nut butter and a splash of unsweetened almond milk. Enjoy!

Notes: If you would like to use a carb at this meal you can add in 1/4 cup raw oats or 1/2 mashed banana.
