Grape & Almond Salad

Makes 1 serving

You will need…

  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 4-5 oz. chicken
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup sliced grapes
  • balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Slice grapes in half. Shred or chop chicken.

Add all ingredients to salad and enjoy!

Note: Feel free to swap out grapes for another fruit of choice like an apple, pear or berries.
