Green Goddess Smoothie

Makes 1 serving (full meal no carb)

You will need…

  • 1 serving (20 grams) vanilla protein
  • 1/2 avocado
  • handful of spinach
  • juice 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 cup frozen zucchini
  • unsweetened vanilla almond milk (1.5-2 cups)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together for at least 90 seconds.

Note:

Feel free to add/remove any veggies of your choice. For example, other options you can use are kale, romaine, frozen cauliflower rice or cucumber.

You can also add green apple or 1/2 banana for some sweetness but make sure to count it as a carb.
