
Serving 1-2 pieces as fat
You will need…
- 1 cup sugar free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- optional: sweetener of choice (to taste)
Directions:
Microwave chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until fully melted (mix at 30 second point). This typically takes 1 minute.
Line small muffin tins with cupcake liners. Add a thin layer of melted chocolate to cover the bottom of the liner. Place in freezer.
While the chocolate is hardening combine peanut butter, coconut oil, coconut flour and sweetener to taste in a bowl.
Remove chocolate from freezer and add a dollop of peanut butter mixture in each cup. Then cover again with chocolate. Place in freezer for a few minutes until chocolate is hard.
Note:
Feel free to sub peanut butter with another nut or seed butter of choice.
Store in freezer.
