Meal Prep Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

Makes 3 serving

You will need…

  • 3 servings vanilla protein powder (20g protein)
  • 3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1.5 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 3 Tbsp. flax seeds
  • 3 Tbsp. nut butter
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk

Directions:

Place all ingredients in the blender starting with the liquid first.

Blend on high speed for at least 1 minute.

Makes 3 servings at once. Split into thirds once blended and freeze two servings in ice cube trays for the next few days.

When re-blending ice cube trays add 1 cups of almond milk and blend.
