Blood Sugar Control For Weight Loss

Weight Loss With Water

Weight loss is totally halted without water. In this video you will learn the importance of water for losing weight!

Water calculation: 

To calculate your water needs take your body weight in pounds and divide it by two. That’s how many oz. you need minimum per day!

For example: 140 pounds. / 2 = 70 oz per day.
