You don’t necessarily need to implement any of these tips if you are not experiencing any current symptoms with POCS but if you are these tips can be extremely helpful for managing symptoms of POCS. FYI: If you do want to try out these tips you do not need to implement them at once and that’s not even recommenced. Take it slow and do what feels comfortable to you 🙂
