Mocha Smoothie

Makes 1 serving (full meal no carb)

You will need…

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder (20g protein)
  • 1 Tbsp. acacia fiber
  • 1 Tbsp. MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1/2cup frozen cauliflower rice (or ice)
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for at least 1 minute.

Note: This smoothie does not contain a carb choice but if you would like to have one with this meal you can add 1/2 banana and count it as a carb for the day.
