
Makes 1 serving – if having for lunch or dinner make sure to add a side of veggies
You will need…
- 1 cup plain 2% greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- monk fruit or stevia to taste
- 1 Tbsp. rx almond butter (can sub for any nut butter)
- 1 crushed Catalina crunch vanilla chocolate cookie or Simple mills cacao cashew creme cookie (if using catalina crunch cookie would count as carb free, if having simple mills cookie would count as 1/2 carb serving)
Directions:
Add all ingredients except nut butter and cookie to a small bowl and mix well. Top with nut butter and crushed cookie.
